Since I started One Week With/out in February, my life has changed in countless ways.
These past months of questioning my habits, changing my lifestyle, and realizing that I have the power to live my life on my own terms have led to some of the deepest revelations of my life.
By far the best part has been having incredible people like yourselves join me in the process, offer their support and expertise, and even begin to make changes in their own lives.
Recently, I decided to open up One Week With/out for everyone to start their own adventures and share their stories with our community and the world at large. I’ve got some great guest posts coming in the next few weeks from some people I truly admire, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
But before we get there, I wanted to send everyone a reminder that you can make an impact in your life every week, simply by challenging yourself to try something new, or give up something routine.
